The other reviews are right lol sooooooooo dirty. I think people serving food should probably not touch their hair or face before touching food. Also the utensil for serving meat should not touch the other food items? This seems pretty basic to me.
I love chipotle. I feel like this location used to be better. Now everytime I come the front of house is gross and not cleaned. The past 5 times I have been here they have messed up my order. (I order online and take home) I have submitted my messed up order every time and received a free entree. They have given me the wrong protein every single time, add extra food items I didn’t ask for, and the last two times my bowl was only half filled. This place has really gone down hill.
Don’t go to this place. The bowl only had about half the amount of food compared to other locations. The service was also very disappointing and unfriendly. We felt uncomfortable during the whole experience.
Haven’t been to this location in a while, and unfortunately this visit reminded me why. We ordered the new chicken for the kids’ meals, and it came out burnt and over seasoned. It also didn’t include the sauce we asked for and paid extra for. The kids wouldn’t even eat it, very disappointing.
