I went there about 20 minutes ago, and unfortunately the food was really disappointing. The rice was undercooked, the guacamole was hard and not ripe, and the chicken was burnt. I’ve been to Chipotle many times, but this experience was bad enough that it might be my last time going to this location.

Went in at 7 pm on a Sunday night to grab dinner for the family. They didn't have enough of the proteins for full orders except for the regular chicken and sofritas. Worst part was, that they weren't even cooking more proteins. They were even out of red salsa! How are they even out of a freaking sauce!?! Only saw them start cooking when I left the store and there was 6 more people in line.

Update: I contacted Chipotle as their reply suggested only to be told to contact Doordash. I would do that except that it was ordered from my daughter-in-law's account so I'd have to ask her. Not worth it. We've been to this Chipotle many times and it's been okay. My daughter-in-law ordered Doordash for us. I ordered a salad which had very little lettuce on it. It was the smallest salad that I've ever seen for $17. She paid for half chicken, half carnitas and it was all carnitas. Maybe a tablespoon of cheese. Really pitiful.... read more
