Got there a full half hour before closing and employees had already put the chicken and rice away and wouldn't bring it back out so couldn't have any. I get closing up 5 minutes or so before close, but 30 minutes is ridiculous and just losses business.
You want me to pay $13 for a burrito that is tiny, receive a free attitude, and eat in a dirty restaurant like I’m lucky to be your customer??? Nope! There is Mexican food on every corner in California. The guy that made my burrito looked like you were whipping him in the back before he came out. I’ve gone to several chipotle locations and this is the very first one that skimps out on the food portions! The servers wouldn’t even dare to fill up the serving spoon for rice, beans, protein, or even the toppings. The servers didn’t even give us a good scoop of sour cream, instead, they dipped the spoon in the sour cream, spun it around to get all the excess off and only drizzled it in the bowl. I am posting this publicly because the experience I had this week at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location raises serious concerns about both management and food safety. On Tuesday night I was double charged for my order and had to return on Wednesday to correct the issue. Then on Thursday night I was charged incorrectly again, this time for a side of guacamole with a quesadilla.
