I come to this Chipotle regularly, so I was really disappointed with my experience today. I was charged $1.60 for a side of shredded cheese, which I’ve never had to pay for before at this location or any other Chipotle I’ve visited. The inconsistency was frustrating. The representative Patricia did not seem welcoming and appeared to be in a bad mood. She seemed more focused on her clipboard than helping customers while one employee handled the line alone. This Chipotle is closest to my house, yet among all the ones I’ve been to in soCal, this one consistently keeps giving me the smallest portions! I’ve seen customers in line get larger portions than me, too. I wonder why it’s always me who gets the smallest scoops. Keep in mind that I also happen to be an Asian female minority. I think I’ve come here enough times after the gym to argue that I ALWAYS get hollow bowls.
