I come to this Chipotle regularly, so I was really disappointed with my experience today. I was charged $1.60 for a side of shredded cheese, which I’ve never had to pay for before at this location or any other Chipotle I’ve visited. The inconsistency was frustrating. The representative Patricia did not seem welcoming and appeared to be in a bad mood. She seemed more focused on her clipboard than helping customers while one employee handled the line alone.
