They watered down the honey chipotle chicken glaze, and I asked for extra and they gave me salad dressing. I spent my last $13 on this meal and it tastes like shit. They also gave me a tiny amount of rice. I have visited chipotle in 14 states this year and this is by far the worst one.
They were out of hot sauce and sour cream and they were rushing my order and it was not that busy ( only two people behind me) Chipotle corporate should review revoews of chipotle and address them with the local staff
I don’t expect much, but at the very least I should feel welcomed, not like I’m bothering anyone. The girl who took our order didn’t want respond to my questions, didn’t care about what I was ordering, and acted like there were a hundred people waiting, even though no one was behind me. In the end, she made a mistake, and I had to pay extra for the misunderstanding.
Instead of repeating over and over, "which protein do you want" after a customer repeats "black beans" in response, maybe ask "you want fat with that." Black beans are already protein. Chipotle is one of the few fast food places to get whole foods. Fat: Chicken has 766.7% more fat than black beans. Sodium: Chicken has 3,400% more sodium than black beans. Protein: Chicken has only 80.9% more protein than black beans. Fiber: Black beans have 15g more fiber (Chicken has 0%).
