This chipotle is in the mall which makes it super convenient for shopping too. I got a chicken bowl with brown rice, corn salsa, guacamole, black beans, and lettuce. I ended up removing all the lettuce because of an issue I’ll put below. This was by far the most disgusting bowl because of the chicken. Just about every single chicken piece had something extremely hard in it. Horrible service. Waited 20minutes in line. There must have been 8 employees in the store, with 5 doing nothing for the customers. despite 2 people prepppibg, they were out of half the ingredients. Staff was rude. Took over 5minutes to pay since no one was manning the cashier. Food was bad. Chips were hard and refried? (2 visible colors on them). Worst chipotle experience I ever had on all points. This place should be closed and the manager and the entire staff fired
Dirty kitchen, food everywhere , very unorganized . Once my food was prepared it was left on the food board and no one rang me out . I left.
This location is fascinating. There are these phenomenal kids and 20 somethings that offer fantastic service and manage the ebs and flows of mall traffic with grace. Then you have this overlord style manager who clearly sucks the life out of his employees. If I had to guess he wears a mask to protect his identity as he comes and goes through a mall of repeat customers.
