All you have to do is tell customers the correct time to show up to get their food. If it’s too busy.. move the time back or heck, stop taking mobile orders for a short period. Absolutely unacceptable that you have 6-8 customers sitting there waiting 20+ minutes after their pickup time for their food. By far the worse Chipotle in the city. Terrible slow service, always is unclean, workers always seem to hate to be there. Always out of items as well. Please just close this store already.
They were quite literally out of rice, steak, chicken, cheese, pico, guac, and chips. What am I supposed to order??? The entire staff was rude and acted pissed off we were even there. We’ve gave this location so many chances, but I think I’m done
I’m writing this in hopes for a change. The DoorDash orders take waaaaayyyyy too long and they often make mistakes. I would not order food from here. The Blue Ash location is far better and efficient.
This chipotle is consistently running out of items this time it was WHITE RICE!!!! It was 2 hours before close. They tend to be rude especially when you ask for more or want things put on in a certain order. The workers are lazy and we asked for steak and there was only a little left we asked for double steak and they gave me a small scoop, my bf a small scoop, and the tiny pieces that were left sprinkled between the two and then charged us for extra steak.
