1 Star – Extremely Disappointed! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my Chipotle pickup order today! I ordered a Beef Barbacoa Bowl, expecting a decent meal. When I got home and opened my bowl, I couldn’t believe how little beef was included! The bowl had rice, black beans, and vegetables, but the beef barbacoa was practically nonexistent — maybe two forkfuls, if even that! Seriously? Workers are super dirty with food and use rag on top of the food. Please be aware of that when you get your food. It was super disgusting seeing one of the servers cleaning while the other served and food debris from the rag would fall into each food platter. I called her out and they just kept on serving.
I went in around 2-3 pmish and my oh my. Never seen a chipotle so perfect and good before. AND THE VINAIGRETTE SOOOO GOOD. Every chipotle I’ve been to always screws up the vinaigrette. Also, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
