Ordering from the pick up lane is hit or miss. They let people sit at the window even if their food isn't ready. That clogs up the pick up line drastically. It's infuriating. Completely defeats the point of ordering online. Also, the portions are sometimes smaller than if you had went in and ordered.

Jackson Tn, Chipotle is so wrong for this. They’re out here serving people undercooked food. It’s bad when you have to drive out of town just to get a decent meal. The rice was crunchy, undercooked,and honestly tasted terrible.

Food is acceptable or on par with other chipotles, but this store is consistently one of the worst for customer service. Perpetually overcharge me, which I never complain or comment about. (I travel extensively all over the country and get just chicken and just cheese on a burrito and most stores bring it up as a chicken three-pointer). Terrible experience. They were literally out of all of the meats as well as no chips at 5:30pm. We walked out as well as at least 5 other people. The restaurant was dirty as well. The employees had no initiative to cook any more food.
