Their new AI Rep when you call in must be from Temu. Yikes.
Me and my boyfriend come in here quite often, and we usually have little to no issues. but today we were rushed, given SMALL portions, and we weren’t even given lids for our TO GO food. I had to ask for a bag and the lid they gave me for my quesadilla was covered in guacamole. Also the sauce that my boyfriend paid extra for was mostly empty, and it was spilling all over the cup. If we are gonna keep coming so often we would want to have good portions and service.
The smallest chicken bowl I've ever gotten at a chipotle
I would like the guacamole that I paid $2.95 for, or a refund. Let me know if we can get this figured out. I placed a pickup order and it was 20 minutes late. I’ve been here a few times and usually love this place, but tonight I feel cheated. Update 9/24/26:4 days since your reply, I still haven’t received the refund… Did it actually get processed? I’d happily take the guacamole and bag of chips.
