That old hispanic lady needs to go. Every single interaction with her is miserable. She is rude, impatient, and acts like helping customers is some kind of punishment. She seems to enjoy giving people a hard time for absolutely no reason. I’ve tried being nice, respectful, and patient, and all I get back is attitude and frustration. it was genuninly so frustrating trying to get someone to answer the phone and then calling chipotle customer service and then the call dropping mid conversation when i was trying to ask about a very simple question
I found a very long hair in my food! I ordered through DoorDash I had no delivery issues. My issue is with my food. The way corporate handled my issue is crazy with the email they sent..DoorDash did not make the food! This Chipotle location did, they should be called out on it!! Disgusting!!!
