I am constantly disappointed by this location’s customer service. The servers are always high schoolers with bad attitudes and no manners. Most recent experience, the server had a very smug look, gave me old, pink lettuce and didn’t even finish with my bowl before working on another’s. She poorly wrapped my husband’s burrito, leaving some exposed and didn’t even offer to provide another foil. While the cashier touched it with no gloves… I really wish this location would improve their customer service.

I went for today's bogo deal. The person preparing my food ignored my instructions for the salsa to not put in. This problem was not remedied at the point of issue. This made my burrito bowl inedible.
