Not sure what the deal is with this location, but the bowls are always tiny, the employees seem confused, and they are always out of fajitas and vinaigrette. This is the nearest location to my house, but at this point driving an extra 15 minutes to the Randhurst location seems like a better idea. Do Better!
When picking up online or delivery orders please be sure to ask the manager on duty to show you the receipt printed by their system as proof that they in fact received your order and are executing it. I just spent 20 min waiting for a 3 dollar delivery only to approach the manager who was on the line once she was done with the line, she asked me to repeat the request and she printed the ticket and until this moment, there was no prior communication regarding the delivery I arrived here to pick up. The mobile orders get mixed up (incorrect orders in my bag label correctly) too often. I wish it was just once or twice. I like the food and it's the closest one to me. I just wish they could manage mobile orders.
I love chipotle but this location has been a constant letdown. Tiny bowls and workers act like they’re in a rush. Rice is crunchy, chicken is dry, veggies and guac are old.
I think this Chipotle location is on the rise, I had two good experiences here. The service and portions were solid. Jose was especially nice and made it seem like he was genuinely happy to see customers and cared about how their day was going! I wish all the best to Jose. The only negative was that the bathrooms were in rough shape. Someone definitely had a rough time on the toilet. All in all good experience though, we love Chipotle 🌯
