They ran out of protein,i had to wait for 40 minutes.
I placed my order and the lady was eating as she was making my food. Tables where sticky like it was a daycare and someone spilt juice and just let it dry. Employees did not care about anyone but chatting with each other. First time trying will never go back save your time and go right across the street to pancheros! The employees actually care!! Horrible experience I'd give a no star if it was possible.
I have had so many issues with this location and I just shut up and don’t complain. On 7/15/26 we were served undercooked, slimy, non- crispy, extremely fatty big chunks of chicken. I got a chicken burrito and my partner got 3 hard shell tacos. We got home and the taco shells were coming apart.. we live 4 min away so it wasn’t sitting for long at all. this is not my first time here , but honestly when you get a burrito i would hope it’s not bursting out the side and out the foil . if your spending 13$+ on fast food you should at least get the bare minimum. besides that’s everything else is great just the “skill” of wrapping a burrito.
