The Chipotle in Poughkeepsie is a nice-looking location, but unfortunately the service doesn’t live up to it. Every visit feels rushed, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. The portions are consistently skimpy, and it seems like every possible upcharge gets added. The last time I ordered a steak bowl, my total came to nearly $19 before a drink or anything else. This was my 4th and final time visiting your store in Poughkeepsie NY. In the afternoons it is consistently in a state of disarray Food on the ground , sticky counter area near napkins and straws, you can’t even put your bag down to grab anything because it will be wet. I am mainly disappointed in the lack of friendliness behind the counter they seemed to walk around and bump into each other not knowing where food is what’s coming out how long it’s going to take . always a horrible experience. i will give this place a 1 star as much as i can. it is the worst chipotle in the area. stop giving this place your money. drive and go to the new one near arlington. do not come here
