2 orders I got this week both missing stuff and just horrible. Service is terrible as well. The first one was supposed to be double steak and extra lettuce, and they forgot my queso. The second one was a quesadilla they told me they accidentally made it wrong and asked me if I would like it remade. I said yes and then they made it with no cheese.
Although the food was freshly cooked and tasted pretty decent for Chipotle, the service & cashier were very underwhelming. Was charged extra $$ with no explanation. When I asked was told "that's what we do. That's how it is". Ice machine not working-soda was very warm. Had to ask for ice for drink which was clearly a problem!!! The bathrooms were clean though, so that was nice. 😕 I love chipotle but will NOT be back to this location.
