Two different occasions I ordered a sofritas burrito to go. First time, they scrapped dried out and rock hard sofritas and put in the burrito. Couldn't even eat it when I got home. Second time I was there, the sofritas was completely dehydrated at the bottom of container. I asked if they could prepare some fresh sofritas, but they said no. My wife and I left and went somewhere else. It is a real shame. We have eaten at Chipotle at numerous locations around the US. Addicted to the food here...
1st visit. Flavor was really good. Food was fresh and ready for fast service. A bit pricy. Portion size was adequate.
Food was good employees were nice but the burrito was not wrapp3d correctly and ended up on the floor
Worst experience ever! And you can not talk to an actual person. Will not ever use them again for catering or for eating.
