Chipotle kid quesadilla was great, as we was in line cashier was unprofessional and criticizing another employee about how he put to much rice in customer bowl and just made a big deal telling another employee the issue in front of everyone Embarrassing the coworker handled the situation well and I just felt bad co worker should've waited until they could get into a more private setting. Seems as though the workers couldn’t care less about what you put in your order if you order for an online pick up. If you have the option, don’t order from this location. I have yet to have a positive experience when ordering online for pick up.
i’ve contacted costumer support twice already and still haven’t heard about my refund, THERE WAS PLASTIC IN MY FOOD. this location is the worse, always dirty, incorrect mobile orders and rude staff, this truly is the last straw for me, save your money and do not come to this location, or go if you want to have PLASTIC IN YOUR FOOD.
Amazing location best I’ve ever been to I really appreciate the large portions and good prices
