Kind of a clown show because the staff plays around - literally asked if I wanted chips for my meal I said yes and then dude walked away🙄 but food is usually good
Por mucho es el Chipotle con peor sabor de todo Bronx al menos, su comida no suele ser consistente, es normal que el arroz esté salado al punto de que es incomible, y no es cosa de una sola vez, es increíble como he pasado meses largos sin comer aquí y cuando vuelvo a darle la oportunidad sigue igual de mal la comida, ¿Qué acaso nadie testea el sabor?

They are rude here I guess because the employees are young. If you ask for something they seem like they have an attitude especially the young Spanish girls . I met one nice employee there and that’s was a while back never saw them again such a shame. The employees really need to be more nicer too customers and stop acting like they always have attitude..also when I come in around lunchtime the food never seems hot or fresh it be cold and undercooked but around evening hours food is hot and fresh please do better at lunchtim... read more
I came in about 30 minutes before closing, and although they were out of quite a few ingredients (which is understandable at the end of the night), the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I still had a great meal.
