We got there when they opened with one person in front of us. The person making the items was slower than molasses. It took about 15 min to get 2 kids meals. After they made them, then they told us they had no chips and were out of ice. They need to do better. Poor management!
I asked for fresh guacamole because they're guacamole was brown and he told me that's how all their guacamole looked less than 1 minute later he pulled out fresh guacamole that he pulled the top of it off and scraped away the brown and it was fresh green underneath. I asked for the fresh green guacamole he could have just done so. Have had some negative experiences in the past at this location. The young ladies working the front were amazing and attentive. Best experience i have had at this location and hope to see those ladies again
SALT. This location is SO inconsistent with salt! I've had completely unsalted rice way too many times, and it ruins the meal. I've also had wayyyyyy over-salted beans, and unsalted corn. I understand things have to move quickly, and I would forgive one or two issues. But it's happened often enough that it's very frustrating.
It was NOT AT ALL good today. The rice was burnt to the pan and the teenager working there scraped it out for my food as well as the black beans being burnt and scraped.
