The only reason I gave the stars is because I wanted to leave a review the Restaurant looks disgusting where the food is prepared look absolutely disgusting everything uncovered and dried out Ohhhh let's talk about the Customer service It's just as Disgusting as the appearance of the Restaurant and food! Was going to try this food for the first time & was appalled in the quality of the restaurant and food!
This staff is terrible! We made an order on the app after a sporting event ended at 9:20pm. Says this locations closes at 11pm. Went to pick up the order mind you it was ONE order with just a bowl. App said it would be ready at 9:50pm. We get there at 9:56pm and they haven’t even attempted to make it. They were too busy trying to clean and be ready to close. 9:45 and they’re out of literally everything… food looks like it’s been sitting out for 5 hours. I keep giving chipotle a chance and it never fails to be nasty.
