I went in to get a bowl while they were cleaning during working hours. One of the workers that was wiping down areas and using the mop was making my food. The gloves she used to wipe down everything weren't changed and that’s what she used to take cheese out of the bar and into my bowl. When I mentioned that she should’ve changed her gloves, she didn’t take it well and had an attitude. They shouldn’t be touching lots of food straight after cleaning.
