⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service at Chipotle Park Lane! The food was fresh and delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the team was incredibly efficient. This Chipotle location at 8018 in Dallas is absolutely terrible. The service is a complete mess. The employees are extremely slow, the customer service is awful, and there is no sense of urgency at all. They barely acknowledge customers, they do not smile, and they make the entire experience frustrating from the moment you walk in. This place seriously needs to improve its service. The whole experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I definitely will not be recommending this location.
