No acqua refrescas for over a week. Dispensers were empty sitting for over a week as well not cleaned. Now this week the ice machine is out of order and the soda machine has no refrigeration. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have ordered a drink. This location never stocks spoons for some reason too which I find strange.
My bowl was missing the lettuce and green salsa. I am very disappointed! Not to mention the staff were snippy and looked like they did not want to be there.
It was nice to see young adults and teens being friendly, and interacting with kids today. Great service, fresh food, clean work stations. Went back today and had another good experience
My wife and I visited this Chipotle and were disappointed with the condition of the dining area. There have been previous reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns, and unfortunately our experience was similar. From the time we arrived until we left, about 30 minutes later, no one cleaned the dining area. Several tables were dirty, the floor needed attention, the glass between customers and the food-preparation area was visibly dirty, and there was also a large section of wall in disrepair.
