This location isn’t good for pickup orders. They NEVER add extra salsa. I have to remove a topping on my tacos (max. of 5) in order to ask for extra salsa, and they only add a tiny sliver of salsa… it’s not even a normal amount, literally like half a teaspoon. The tortillas are also ice cold and kind of hard, almost like if they’re undercooked. Super disappointed in the difference between this location and the Cottonwood location.
Whoever sees this, decide for yourself if this is enough food or not. Also, rice is impossible to eat because I am afraid I’ll break my teeth. Unbelievable. This is so incredibly RUDE to do this to your customers. How greedy.
There was hot sauce on the steak of a child’s meal.
Whatever crew worked the 12pm shift on 5/31/2026 needs a raise. Quality, portion, service, cleanliness was top notch. This is the experience I hope to get at every chipotle!! Great experience!
