We got bottom of the bin meat, even asked for fresh Barbacoa and was told they don’t do that. Now 3 days later we can’t reach the store, a manager, or anyone accountable!!! They got so big they can just rob you and have no accountability for wrong orders or bad food!!! What a joke.
Horrible customer service, entire staff working the shift was childish and unprofessional leaving a very negative impression.
My server was Isaac and he did an absolutely incredible job. He was very kind and polite even at 9 PM when it was late and he probably had a long shift. I usually don't run into employees this kind so big shout out to Isaac for being such an awesome help!
Not sure whats going on here at this location My bowl portions were the smallest I ever got from a chipotle should of looked at the reviews at this location im not from the area looked like it was missing 25 percent of what I normally get at chipotles also got a headache after eating
