Tasted good but my stomach did not process it well.
Came in to pick up order that I had placed online and already paid for . Came in and saw my order sitting ready to go . One guy was helping customers so he was busy understanding. But two other workers clearly not busy cant even acknowledge me. Had to walk up to employee and ask for my food. Gave me dirty look picked up the bag and gave it to me no words said other than me saying thankyou but acted like I was bothering her. I placed a order this past Friday it was for 3 shell tacos for delivery. I got a text it was arriving at 245pm it came at 310 was soggy and not hot. Then the driver i could not locate by the number provided. Customer service did not resolve issue to my liking they want to give me tortilla chips with tomatoe salsa. I'm a health conscious eater I don't eat chips nor tomatoes. And that is not equivalent to the 3 soggy tacos I paid for. And guess what? My son insisted on the Elpastor said it was good… then two bites in he changed his mind. He is 4 so not completely unexpected. When I went to get a side of regular chicken they gave me a small serving. This is now my favorite one and I’ll be coming back.
