Got a bowl. They gave the smallest amount of chicken. Filled the whole bowl with cheap rice. Feel ripped off.
I’ve visited a few Chipotle locations recently, and the experience hasn’t always been the same. This location was exactly how Chipotle should be. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and looked great. Most importantly, the portions were proper and consistent with what customers should expect. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciate the team for doing such a good job.
Ordered through doordash 2 independent times about 2 years apart. Received the same short comings both time with barely any protein and toppings. I lost faith in chipotle. I went to contact them via the website and Pepper(ai bulldog) would intercept every incident i tried to contact a real AGENT. Once i got through i was then cut off again by Gemmalyn. I will be contacting the news about this. Update: i read the response from chipotle and as stated i CANNOT get past AI.
