Always a bad experience here. I thought I’d swing by since I had a reward in hopes the experience would be neutral. All was well until some “manager” said charge his kids meal for extra guac. But the I got cheese and the guac is the protein in the side. So I contested because I’ve never paid extra for the protein that’s included. I was met with confusion and hostile eyes from the woman claiming to be manager. Employees are frequently short or impolite to guests and rush you even with no line. Portion size depends wholly on your server; you will be told it is "always that much" even if the previous burrito has half or twice as much protein.
