I ordered Chipotle through a delivery app, and when my order arrived, the bag was not properly sealed. That made me uncomfortable because I had no way of knowing whether the food had been opened or touched during delivery. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller than what I normally receive when ordering in person. I’m not sure why the portion standards seem so inconsistent between delivery and in-store orders. For the price, I expected better packaging and more consistent portions.

They have a ton of employees, but you still have to stand around waiting for someone to become available while everyone else just walks around. If you want to eat here in the evening, especially between 7–9 PM, forget about it. They don’t bother restocking anything. Even the drink fridge is half empty. They also give you very small portions, probably because they don’t want to cook more food. I eat at Chipotle often and it’s one of my favorite places, but the manager at this location really needs to do their job.

Probably won’t be back to this location they give you toppings like it’s coming out of their paychecks why are you being stingy with the rice ratio?
