I specifically avoid this Chipotle as much as possible. At this point, it’s an absolute last resort, and thankfully, CAVA is right next door. What’s disappointing is that nearly every visit feels the same. The employees consistently seem like they genuinely don’t want to be there. This was probably one of the worst orders I have ever gotten from this location. I ordered food last night 8 o’clock to Be done by 8:30. I was able to pick my order up at 8:50 and when I got home the order was nowhere near what I asked for and as I tried to call every single time, it would just ring and ring and ring and ring and keep going on never ending. I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today. The employees were unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. While ordering, I had to repeat the same thing 3–4 times because it felt like they were not listening. The portion of chicken I received was also very small. When I asked for a little more, I was charged for extra chicken. The additional charge itself was not the main issue; the bigger problem was the unfriendly attitude and lack of customer service.
