I ordered a veggie bowl, the brown rice was crunchy. There weren’t enough beans for my order. So I just got what little that was left over. The wait was long, but the staff was doing the best they can.
This is the WORST chipotle I’ve EVER been to. It’s DIRTY. They never have food prepared. It’s 8:15 and they close at 10pm, And this isn’t the first time that there’s absolutely no meats available. Anything that is ever available usually is burnt, dried out, and something i wouldn’t even consider feeding to a dog. Idk who runs this store, but it is disgusting and a huge disappointment. Spending $40 on a burrito, a bowl, and chips and you’d think it would be edible food.
Just waited 15min in line while the staff had a meeting on the floor while one kid worked the counter and register. When it was finally me and my wife’s turn the kid said “just to let you know we’re out of chicken and steak right now it’ll be 20-25 min for chicken” This service doesn’t belong in a nice shopping center as this one. Zero stars.
