Today I happened to be in the area and decided to get Chipotle. I’ve never been to this location. Upon entering, It didn’t feel pleasant. I went to the counter and noticed that the food station was unkept. The food look a bit old (left over). I asked for a bowl and the server spooned me half a spoon of rice. I asked for a second spoon and he hesitated. As he was doing that I noticed that the rice was clumped together and mushy. Salt bomb! I couldn’t even finish my bowl because the chicken was extremely salty. The bigger concern was the cleanliness and sanitation. A man who appeared to be unhoused was sitting among customers and repeatedly touching things around the soda fountain and utensil area. Staff seemed aware of the situation but did not intervene or sanitize the areas. It made the dining experience feel very uncomfortable and unsanitary.
Horrible portions for an expensive price. Both the rice and chicken unbearably salty. For being such a horrible meal I got sick as well. One of the worst chipotles in the city.
