Chipotle is Chipotle wherever you go and New York did not disappoint.
Usually don't leave poor reviews but this one left me super salty. Ordered Chiptole today for lunch and the cashier forgot to put the chips in my bag. When I contacted customer service they told me that not all customer complaints can be compensated and they hope I give Chipotle another chance. I took screen shots of the chat with the customer service representative and also have the receipt. Going to initiate a reverse charge on my end now. Def done with Chipotle forever.
