Ordered pickup from this location around 7:30pm and there was a crowd of about 10+ waiting to pickup orders and 1 person was on staff making the pickup orders, meanwhile my food, as well as everyone's else's was marked as ready for pickup in our apps--making it impossible to get any help or refund in Chipotle's customer service portal. Love Chipotle, but this location specifically always skimps on quantity. Even if you ask for extra rice or beans or frankly anything their “extra scoop” is tiny. It’s like they’re afraid of rolling any burrito that isn’t kid sized. Rip off compared to every other NYC Chipotle I’ve been to.
We found this pill in our burrito bowl. Spoke on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes and they resolved nothing. We have followed up several times and been ghosted. We paid and received no refund or apologies. This location is very badly managed. Edit: we followed up and still have received no refund and no response. We have spoken to multiple people on the phone and sent multiple emails.
