For the price the food portion that they give you is so small its disgusting disappointing and waste of money , go somewhere else so sad .....so sad
Stopped by this location, a day ago. You should close down this location and retrain everyone. I walked and asked for a chicken bowl. I got a meger scoop of white rice, I stated don't you give more than that, the response was no we have to charge extra money, next I past up on the beans, looked over cooked. Then I was given a less then adequate amount of chicken. When I stated that what were told to put in the bowl. I asked why ,I was amazed at the answer I received. Was always a pleasure eating at this location. On 6 ave. sadly to say the place has gone down hill in service doesn't want to give more rice or Chicken when you ask for more. They don't want to cater to customer. when asked. Your CEO say said, if you like a little more you can asked. I was told this is the portions were allowed to give.At this point I just walk out , No longer , will I be coming to an inferior place that hire people who don't know how to serve their products
Fine if you don’t do mobile order. They always get that wrong. I’ve forgotten 3 times and have gotten a screwed up order all 3 times.
