If you're disappointed, your expectations for a < $20 meal in NYC are way too high. My experience has always been just fine.
Terrible customer service. Cashier gave wrong change and made a face when I asked for the correct change.
I wish this wasn’t the location near my apartment. They will rarely wrap a burrito to where it won’t fall apart immediately and basically all food is cold, no matter when you get it. Don’t expect items to be prepared on time, either.
