Went in asked to use the restroom it’s for paying customers, fine. I asked the girl with braces who was at the register if I buy something when I come out of the bathroom is that fine and she just looked at me smiling and was like no like?
I don’t normally write reviews, but this was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. From the moment I got to the serving line, the staff was rude and unprofessional. I was given what was clearly a half portion of chicken. Tables were all dirty. The employees didn’t smile once and were what could be classified as rude. They were COMPLETELY OUT of fajitas and didn’t care at all. The employees need to be better but ultimately, management needs to be held accountable for this pitiful display of a lack of accountability and service.
