37 min wait time on a Sunday afternoon, yes I feel like a moron, just wanted to see how long it would take.
I just got a bowl and it was good, but the dining room was disgusting! Floors were filthy, tables were dirty, not wiped down. Forks and spoons in a dirty canister. This is how they keep the dining room, I can only imagine what the back looks like. Never eating here again. 😡
I just placed an online order at Chipotle for 3 burrito bowls and I’m extremely disappointed with the portion size. The quantity was so small—not even half of what I would normally expect. The bowl was barely filled, despite paying full price.
Dirty store, terrible service, food not ready when app says it will be ever. The slowest staff with zero sense of urgency or care.
We went to the chipotle in east Cobb on Sunday around 6. They had a few people in sitting down eating but not busy. We stood there and waited to be helped for almost two minutes while the two women and gentleman walked around like we weren’t there. Finally the gentleman waited on us, I asked him if the barbacoa was spicy. He said “not at all” I asked for a barbacoa salad since I don’t really like spicy stuff.
