Great chipotle experiences here. Sometimes the line is very long with Columbia students, and every once in a while the staff forget our chips or drink in our takeout bag, but generally it;s great.
The women in the front handling the food portions had an attitude that made me not want to eat there anymore. At least the portions and the chile lime chips were good.
Terrible service in this location. Once an employee at the counter was high. They keep missing items once every 5 orders (from personal experience). Once I went up to the counter to say that they missed adding guac in my veggie burrito (yes the one where it is the only protein) and they talked amongst 2-3 people and just went ahead with their business. Felt like I was accused of lying. Paid 13 bucks for two tortillas and some rice and beans.
Horrible service took 30 minutes to pick it up not at all respectful horrible portions worst Chipotle I’ve been to never come here
