Terrible, either the management here needs to get a skilled one hired or the employees need to be retrained or possibly even both. Just dont go here you will be glad. Food- rice was exceptionally salty and sour. No beans/meat each time, exactly like how the other posts mention. Its also concerning how there are so many poor reviews, but nothing is changing here. AT THE COUNTER ALSO CUSTOMERS PLEASE SPEAK UP IF THEY ARE NOT PREPARING YOUR FOOD RIGHT!
I especially want to recognize the employee who took my order, his name was Nick. He was very friendly, cheerful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. You could really tell that he puts a lot of effort into his work and truly cares about giving customers a great experience. It’s inspiring to see young people who are so dedicated, hardworking, and attentive to what they do. Thank you for the excellent service—I will definitely be coming back!
