I came in and ordered a steak bowl like I always do and when I came home I didn’t have the bowl I paid for instead I had the guys bowl in front on of me because they didn’t mark the bowls. Like thank you so much for taking my money and no dinner.
Made an online order, showed up to pick it up. I walked inside and straight up the the pickup counter, I was the only customer in the store. The first guy told me to wait, that was ok because he was actively putting a bowl together. However, the other employee stood at the counter and stared at me. The other guy ended up giving me my bag. I got home and my order had corn in it, I have a strong dislike for corn so I would never order it.
if I could rate this chipotle Zero stars I would. I ordered on Uber Eats and first of all Absolutely zero chili lime seasoning on my chips, Missing a large guacamole, They put cheese in my burrito and as a vegan, I obviously didn’t put that, They gave me pinto beans instead of black beans. I mean this might be the record for things wrong in all of my history of ordering food. Just completely lazy and I will never ever get it from here again.
Ordered pick up and got a bowl with out any rice because they ran out and charged me full price. Ridiculous
Yo on my soul why do I ask for half and half and they proceed to give me 10 peaces of chicken and steak together and then the worst part was the steak was hard to eat the chicken cold never again should I have such an experience qdoba will be the go to because I guess you guys think your above the customers regards from Jay k
