Beware when ordering Doordash. You'll recieve a burrito half the size as dine in. And with the least possible meat they could put in to get away with. Order in person cause they will cost cut your order on Doordash while you pay double for the service!
We ordered a burrito bowl through DoorDash, and there were hard, dried pieces of rice throughout the bowl. About 30 minutes after eating, both my acquaintance and I experienced diarrhea. I ordered door dash and the order showed up without my drinks! I contacted support and instead of a refund the chatbot gives me a coupon with an expiration meaning no drinks or money back just an order again in a month and we’ll give you what we owe you!
Ordered online and it was ready when we got there
I am dumbfounded. How do you employ people that terrify the customers? On June 21st there was a male presenting employee who was causing me to consider calling the police, not just for the customers, but the staff. Do better. He was abusive towards everyone in the room. He was degrading, invalidating, bullying, and just full on appalling with how he was acting. I am sorry the others have to work with him, I will hold onto hope they are safe.
