i never do things like this but we waited in line for 40 minutes, it was horrible service and by the time we got up there they were out of half the stuff we wanted- and if you order on line they don’t make the food correctly, or they skim you on food. very disappointing
Just doordashed chipotle and got a small queso, there was some type of big peice of meat at the bottom of the cup !!!
Absolute worst Chipotle! Ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready at 6:20.. At 6:45 it still wasn’t ready.. So I asked how much longer and they said ANOTHER 25 MINUTES!! 🤬 Absolutely not! Ended up just telling them to cancel my order and went to Taco Hell. Here’s to hoping I can at least get my money back..!
UPDATE: I reached out via email like they asked and the mangers business card at the store and the never reached out. Bugs in food- emailed owner and never received a reply. Part of my email stated this: The employee I spoke with offered to replace the guacamole, which I appreciate. However, at that point, our appetite was understandably affected.
