Slowest place ever.
My order was placed on the app, it was labeled correctly but it was completely wrong. The bowl was half empty, it was ice cold, the service at the store was terrible, the restaurant was disgustingly dirty, there were to go orders stacked up on the back counter and the cooks were just working around them rather than moving them. It was absolutely terrible. Sadly I will never be a repeat customer to the one in derby. It is horrible
Second edit. We tried the Derby location again months later. Things are worse. Staff stand in back watching while one person works the line, 5 people or more in line, meanwhile multiple items are out and the counter hasn't been wiped down in hours. This Chipotle is slowly getting worse with there portion size. I have been ordering on the app so I can grab it and head home. I get home to find small portions of everything. Burrito bowls that don't reach the rim. SMH. UPDATE 8.14.22 Well today I had to wait 30 mins after my pickup time to get my food. There was 5 people working and no one was helping each other. Came here on August 29th at about 10:05 pm and the staff was really nice, everything in the lobby was very clean, the girl who got our order was really sweet and great service! Not the first time coming to this location and always have been great!
