Rich and his team at the Cumberland Shopping location in Tyler are amazing to work with for catering. As a sales rep that does lunches frequently, they make it easy to order and the offices are always pleased with the food. I go back time and time again because of Rich, his team, and the quality of the food. Thanks for all you do!
Food tasted good. Get in, get your food to go, and dont look around. This place was a wreck with napkins, food, and untesils everywhere. Three clean tables, staff took two for their break. Trashbag was falling in the trashcan so I looked for another. The worker that was eating, he just threw his trash in, making the mess worse instead of taking care of it. My daughters wouldn't use the bathroom, said there was toilet paper all over the floor and toilet looked too dirty to use. Hopefully the kitchen and prep areas were differ... read more
The place was so nasty there was food in the floor and trash everywhere I told them I needed a refund they are just so freaking nasty
Of course this location never fails to disappoint and I go to chipotle A LOT. Waited at least 10 minutes for steak (as ive said in the past, this location is ALWAYS missing stuff around 9pm), then was served this much steak lol maybe 5 squares (before/after pic of when i looked for the steak) what a joke, I feel bad for the 10 people behind me cause that steak was not going to last and thats why they gave me so little, because they knew the amount the cooked up was not going to be enough and probably didnt want to cook more,... read more
