I go to lunch here now and then and it's usually good. However, today's lunch was subpar. The rice was not cooked all the way and I asked for, and paid for, double protein. There was very little chicken in the bowl, not even enough for a regular portion, very little salsa, and the lettuce wasn't shredded - it was big pieces of lettuce. Essentially, I paid $20 for a bowl of rice with a little chicken, peppers, and some lettuce. I won't be going to chipotle anymore. This Chipotle is HORRIBLE. Long waits regardless if you order for pickup or walk in. Soda or juice machine is never working properly just like the people that work there. Homeless people inside the place begging and harassing everyone. This place is truly EMBARRASSING. The food isn't good either. What a DISAPPOINTMENT 😞

Ordered buritto bowl with white rice and barbacoa..rice wasn't cooked..was still hard and crunchy and hardly any meat in the bowl..one large piece of what I thought was meat but ended up being a big chunk of fat and grizzle...so disappointed b/c I like Chipotle for its fresh ingredients but it was a complete waste of money as most of it was inedible and was thrown out..never again at least at this location as its not the first time its been below par.
