We didn't get service. We walked in and was told that "everyone left, except for me and I'm only going to serve the drive thru, so you can get in your car and come thru if you want service." 😲
Ive ordered take out multiple times from this place and every time they've had problems. First time they gave me a bowl of just rice and I had to bring it back to get my actual food. Second time they took 15 min to come to the window to just hand me my food and the last time I ordered take out to pick up from inside (because of my experience with the window) and instead of using the "pick up" shelf next to the counter they just throw all the to go orders together next to the drive through window. Asked for extra cheese and extra rice, didn't even get a decent portion. Bowl was half full after asking for EXTRA. Tried to get a refund but app won't get me in contact with manager. Ridiculous I paid $10 for cold and WAY undeprotioned food. Don't waste your time.
Give Darin a raise. Best customer service I've had at this (or maybe any) Chipotle. He needs to train every new hire.
