You’d think Chipotle could afford a bigger sign than a piece of copy paper on the door to say that they are “digital only”. While waiting for my order I keep watching people walk up to the door to try to go in and then seeing the sign and being disappointed.
This location has fallen apart since they added the drive thru. They consistently run out of ingredients and/or chips. I usually order online to pick up. The last several times there have been several people waiting for late pick up orders as my order has been late as well, sometimes over 45 minutes late. Probably gonna stop coming here for awhile, hopefully they can sort it out...

I called 3 times to ask about if they have vinaigrette because every time I go they never have it and they don’t tell me till after I’ve made my bowl and that’s the entire point I go there. who wants plain rice meat and veggies with nothing on it. So I tried to call and see 3 separate times and they didn’t answer. Like get it together they run out of meat and take forever to make it and now this, can’t even call and ask ahead of time smh.
