dirty, awful customer service, overall terrible experience.
To echo another reviewers recent posting on proportions of mobile orders, I’ve additionally encountered the same issue back to back over the past two weeks. My mobile order bowls are maybe 25-35% full of the entire bowl size. Never seen it so bad here as a long term customer.
I placed a mobile order and this is how my bowl looked when I got it out of the bag. 50% filled, if that…? It was not tipped over or on its side it was just not filled what so ever. Prices are too expensive to be skimped on portions and ingredients… The other bowl in my order was perfectly filled so not sure why this one would not be the same.
Extremely dirty. Tables, the inside of the restaurant, the bathrooms, the trash; looks like nobody's taking care of this place
Sadness leaches so heavily from the kitchen i can almost taste it in my burrito. I’ve never seen such a disheveled crew, and it seeps into their customer service.
