Have eaten many here many times because it's the nearest Chipotle to us. We have a poor experience almost every time we visit. Consistently poor service. Often poor food quality as well (crunchy rice, dry meat, etc.). This Chipotle location needs serious changes.

Nothing is more disgusting than standing in line and watching an employee eat food while preparing it for customers. Yesterday I watched an employee eat 3 pieces of steak while preparing it for customers to eat. He also walked by the chips and helped himself to one chip and ate it. This evening I returned to buy some chips and pico and observed the same employee refilling the chicken pan on the serving line while snacking on the chicken.
