I spoke with Selena on the phone about my concerns with the Perinton Location and my order. The food looked old and the place was a disaster. I was frustrated because no one from that location would pick up the phone so I could as when they last checked the temps and replaced food. First time here in many years. Food was mediocre at best. Tables were all dirty. Had to ask to get one cleaned.
Showed up at dinner time and service was turned down because they were backed up on mobile orders. This is a walk in restaurant… customers in person should come first. I have been coming to this chipotle for years… this is the first time i have been turned away I am pissed.
Poor experience with the workers who dont know how to efficiently man the line and keep it stocked. Tables and counters were dirty. About my third poor experience with the chain. I won't go back
Absolutely horrible pick up today. We waited literally 40 minutes on an PICKUP order that was sitting in the corner to the side of the register where to go orders are prepped. The elder cashier women was too incompetent to understand that our order showed as completed yet wasn’t in the pick up spot and no one even helped us to figure out where it was.
