Always a good burrito and the employee was friendly. It was very noisy, though, between the music and the kitchen noises so I decided to eat my food in my truck instead.
Claudia gave me the rest of the steak bin which was empty and said I couldn’t get more bc it wasn’t done and if I added any other meat it would be a double. Horrible experience as I visit on a biweekly basis and have never had someone like her deal with a customer that way. Update , this second time they have done this and I come at 10:53 and she tells me they’re closed and I can’t get anything, like why you closing early? Young woman working in the front want to say sorry and close the door. Wow
Asked for extras including the rice. Gave me very small portion. Terrible service. Barely any rice could almost see bottom bowl on side. Please do better.
I’m so tired of every chipotle I order from as pick up order. Including this one , having my food thrown together and when they are low on a food item they just give you what is left over. I called for a refund and had to wait 30 minutes on the phone to someone in a different country for them to finally tell me 30 minutes later that they won’t refund me because I got some of my food but not what I ordered.
